Hello, friend. Thank you for visiting our website. I'm Kaitlyn, and I'm so happy you're here. Whether you're preparing to become pregnant, currently pregnant, or have ever been pregnant, I truly hope we get a chance to connect. I am a DONA Certified Birth Doula and a Rhode Island Certified Perinatal Doula specializing in working with those choosing to have a home birth and/or water birth, those walking through birth anxiety, those wanting an unmedicated birth, and those wanting advocacy support in the hospital setting. I utilize evidence-based childbirth education to teach, Spinning Babies techniques to physically support, trauma informed care to emotionally support, and Birth Monopoly training to encourage advocacy with my clients. I take an overall holistic and natural-minded approach to care. I work with my clients throughout their pregnancy, continuously through labor and birth, and postpartum.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Education, and prior to becoming a birth doula I spent a decade professionally teaching. My career has been spent educating and caring for children and their families, which has proven to be extremely beneficial to my birth work. It’s my desire to continue supporting and loving on families as they engage in the most important moments of their lives.

I birthed both of my children at home and I have a deep love and respect for home births. I personally prefer the holistic model of midwifery care, and for me, both of my births felt safest at home. Through my own pregnancy and birth experiences I found that having proper support with people you truly trust and feel safe with is absolutely essential for a satisfying birth experience. I'm eager to support you, educate you, reassure you, and help you advocate for everything you want your birth to be, whether that's hospital, home, or birth center. Birth is better where you feel safest, and it's my goal to ensure you always feel safe, heard, loved, respected, and empowered throughout your journey.

My name is Noura, I am a birth and postpartum doula, and lucky mama to 2 beautiful children.
Before being called to doula work, I received a Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration. I went on to spend 6 years working as a chiropractic assistant in a prenatal/pediatric chiropractic office. As a part of my job, I documented hundreds of birth stories and helped women heal through their postpartum period. I helped answer questions they had regarding postpartum care for themselves and in doing that, I held space for women to share their births and motherhood journeys with me. I quickly found myself being pulled into the birth world, becoming infatuated with the birth experience and motherhood.
After having my first child, I learned the importance of having a village during the 4th trimester. While I was able to be a small part of that village at my old job, I knew I wanted to be more hands on and working directly with families. Being cared for and nurtured extends beyond just pregnancy, and supporting a mother and her family through postpartum is one of the most important jobs of the village.
